DENNIS DUBIN CORPORATE AND PERSONAL PROFILE
Dennis Dubin is managing principal of First Prizer Corporation (FPC) and Luxe Advisory Group, two private entities based in Suburban Philadelphia. He has ownership interest in excess of 5 million square feet of investment-grade office, industrial, and retail properties throughout America. FPC has been a principal in a telecommunications company in a Caribbean partnership with a unit of Schlumberger. Additionally, FPC is a substantial stockholder in Titan Oil recovery, Inc. and various energy related businesses. Mr. Dubin has executed in excess of several hundred million dollars in transactions in the past eighteen months both as a principal and as an advisor.
Educated in Architectural and Construction Technology at several institutions, Mr. Dubin graduated from Temple University and is a Fellow of the Salzburg Seminar in American Studies (Music and Arts).
Mr. Dubin served on several boards or committees of such organizations as Hahnemann Hospital and University (Linus Pauling Research Fund); the National Improvisational Theatre of New York City; the Luxembourg International Music Festival (Echternach), etc. He has recently been appointed as a Director for the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security. Mr. Dubin is a former Trustee of the Martin Luther King Jr. International Peace Prize and is a current Trustee of the Sleeping Elephant Trust (responsible for the elephant monument at the United Nations in New York). He was a selection committee member and representative to the International Congress for Distinguished Awards for the International Earth Day Medal at the United Nations (Earth Day). Additionally, Mr. Dubin is a special advisor to Julia Marton-Lefvre, Rector; and Maurice Strong of the University for Peace (UN) and a board member of UPeace US. He is an active member of the Naval War College Foundation and is a special consultant to the Crime, Justice, Terrorism & Substance Abuse Policy Committee of the National Foundation for Women Legislators (US).
Mr. Dubin supports numerous charities and non-profit endeavors such as the Americans for the Arts; Pave the Way Foundation; National Liberty Museum; The Points of Light Foundation; Friends of the United Nations (NGO); The Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy, the Pope John Paul II Cultural Foundation as well as George Washington University. He has several honors and awards and was appointed Honorary Kentucky Colonel by Governor Collins in recognition of community service. Mr. Dubin is a conservationist and advocate of sustainable development and is active with the Earth Council Alliance.
Mr. Dubin is married with two children and lives in suburban Philadelphia. Mr. Dubin is a Patron of the Arts and passionate advocate for the NEA, who, among many activities, brought to the world a lost concerto of Franz Listz and Peter Tchaikovsky and co-organized Nancy Reagan’s Princess Grace Tribute on world television. Mr. & Mrs. Dubin are restoring their historic residence designed by the 20th century master architect, Louis I Kahn.
The Dubin’s collect Asian antiquities and annually donate portions of their collection in support of urban arts education institutions such as The Harlem School for the Arts.
Additionally, Mr. Dubin co-organized with Shanghai Broadcasting the “Homecoming Tour” of China’s most talented musical artists – which was broadcast by the Chinese Government - as well as other cultural contributions as outlined below.

Mr. Dubin has served as a volunteer in community service with many organizations. These include:
VOICE OF AMERICA AND THE SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTE –
Woodrow Wilson Center – Washington, D.C.; 15th Anniversary Event. Co-organized with Dr. Bertram Brown, Deputy U.S. Surgeon General and President of Hahnemann University. The program was broadcast worldwide on Voice of America for the 40th Anniversary of the U.N.
UNESCO/LIBRARY OF CONGRESS –
Mr. Dubin was co-organizer with John Cole of the Library of Congress and the US Ambassador from UNESCO of the International Literacy Day event at the United Nations.
NATIONAL GALLERY OF ART – East Wing – Washington, D.C.
Launching of the national tour of “The Search for Alexander” in association with the Greek Embassy. Organizer of the event and co-host with the Greek and Cyprus Ambassador and Director of the museum.
LUXEMBOURG INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FESTIVAL – ECHTERNACH –
Associate Director International 1980-1984; Noted European Music Festival in June and July annually. Former President of American Friends of the Echternach Festival Foundation.
PENNSYLVANIA 300TH BIRTHDAY EVENT –
Presented a concert with the Philadelphia Orchestra at the Mann Music Center with a welcome speech by Governor Thornburg.
SYMPHONY FOR THE UNITED NATIONS –
Member – Board of Advisors and Special Assistant to the President. Organized the International conference on Music and Arts at the Philadelphia Museum of Art (May, 1980) and co-host for the First Lady of Mexico and Mayor Green.
U.N. INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF DISABLED PERSONS –
Special Activities Officer for the U.S. responsible for the appointment of the Beach Boys as Ambassadors.
CONCERNED BUSINESSMEN OF AMERICA – RECAPTURE THE AMERICAN SPIRIT AWARD AND EVENT –
Mr. Dubin was the Co-Chairman of the committee and Master of Ceremonies and hosted guest speakers J. Peter Grace, “Buck” Rogers (The IBM Way) and Columnist Jack Anderson.
INTERNATIONAL EARTH DAY CELEBRATION AND AWARD AT THE UNITED NATIONS
Mr. Dubin is an advisor to the Earth Society (NGO) and has been a patron of several of the more distinguished events at the UN Peace Bell.
TRIBUTE TO HISPANIC CULTURE
Mr. Dubin co-organized the concert affair with opera star Julia Miguenes and Governor Don Luis Ferre during National Hispanic week.
US-CHINA FRIENDSHIP BANQUET
Mr. Dubin was co-chairman of the event in 1989 which received a delegation from China which included many officials in education, culture and broadcasting. The event was televised repeatedly during the Tiananmen Square incident by the government and consequently became highly received in that nation.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER: “LISZT – THE LOST CONERTO”
A sixty-minute television special featuring the Philadelphia Orchestra conducted by Eugene Ormandy. Released in late 1992.
CO-PRODUCED: “PRINCESS GRACE REMEMBERED”
A ninety-minute special featuring First Lady Nancy Reagan with the National Symphony Orchestra and Mstislav Rostropvich from the Kennedy Centre in tribute to Princess Grace. Broadcast on national television, September 14, 1984 on EXXON GREAT PERFORMANCES (PBS) and later for international release.
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER: THE U.S. – CHINA FRIENDSHIP EVENT
A sixty-minute special aired on Central Chinese Television on primetime featuring the Chinese Virtuoso Orchestra conducted by Maestro Ling Tung and highlights of the famous banquet.
